The Customer Name & Customer-ID must be written on the Main Slip and the Counter foil so that blocked accommodation can be confirmed for the Customer who has deposited the amount into the HPTDC Account in the UTI Bank Branch. Please write Customer Name & Customer-ID on back side of main slip.
